As Receptionist, you are responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly, efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership, Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Set up clinics, check in patients, manage appointments (bookings, follow-ups, cancellations), and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
- Print schedules, prescriptions, and post letters; handle documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
- Assist with doctors’ and nurses’ administrative needs, including prescription handling and responding to queries.
- Understand self-funding/insured patient processes, take payments/deposits, process refunds, and liaise with the bookings team.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including internal referrals, patient documentation, and end-of-day responsibilities.
