Central Administrator Team Member (CAT) - Full time
We're looking for a Central Administrator Team Member (CAT) to join our expanding Central Administration Team, supporting our clinics remotely with essential administrative tasks to deliver an outstanding patient experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role (from home with occasional travel to clinics and our Head Office near Bicester (OX25)).
As a vital part of the team, you'll work alongside our Central Bookings and Reception Teams to ensure patients receive prompt, professional, and efficient care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing clinic inboxes and patient appointment requests
- Booking and rescheduling appointments, follow-ups, and procedures
- Handling finance-related admin
- Coordinating lab specimen logistics and chasing test results
- Preparing and distributing patient letters, referrals, and reports
- Liaising with clinics, doctors, and external providers to support patient care
We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Highly organised with great attention to detail
✅ A team player with excellent communication skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
✅ Passionate about delivering top-quality patient service
Salary: £22-25k (DOE) | Full-time
Holiday Entitlement: 33 days (25 days + 8 bank holidays) + an extra day off for your birthday
